What happens if the item I am interested in is out of stock?

While we do our best to keep all items on our website in stock, there may be instances when an item you order may not be available. In this case, please e-mail us at enquiry@etc-my.com and we will notify you by e-mail the details on whether the item can be restocked. Alternatively, you may call Eleen at 012-6778853.

What about returns and exchanges?

Exchanges are gladly accepted within 3 days for website credit or exchange. We do not provide returns/refunds or cash back. All returned items must be returned in original, sealable and unused condition with the original packing materials . Please make sure that items are well packed (additional packaging may be necessary) and insured for the full amount. A restocking fee may apply to any order not received in good condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

How long will it take for shipping or postage?

All orders are processed and posted out within 2 to 3 working days. “Etc-my” will not responsible for delay due to mismanagement in the post office. Normal registered post would average 3-4 working days depending on postal area. For PosLaju requests, the costs will be borne by the customer where “etc-my” will not be responsible for any losses or damages during postage.

Is it safe to give out my personal information?

At “etc-my”, our privacy policy ensures respect for your privacy and will never sell, loan, rent, trade or give away any personal information that is offer during your visit. Personal information provided is only required for the purpose of services requested, such as processing an order and postage of packages to your address.

What are the payment options available?

At current, we accept transfers or banking into our Maybank Account , Public Bank Account and Hong Leong Bank Account . For those who don’t have either of these bank accounts, please contact us through email at enquiry@etc-my.com or call Eleen at 012-6778853 to see if we can make other arrangements. What do I do if the item I received is damaged upon receiving it?

Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives. Damages or defective merchandise that is not caused by shipping or postage must be claimed 48 hours within package arrival. No claims will be allowed after 48 hours. If for some reason there is damage or defect to your item, please notify us immediately.
